Hi, this is Chris Gardner from CTG Real Estate Services and today we’re going to talk about public accessible restrooms.

So for this client, what they installed so far is a standard faucet that you have to work manually, and they also installed standard fixtures on the urinal and that’s what’s installed that way throughout the space. Our recommendation is going to be to go to touchless faucets. That way you ensure that the faucet is turned off after every use, and you don’t have to worry about it being left on and running. Also for sensor flush toilets and urinals, the advantage there is you’re ensured that after the customer leaves the restroom that the toilet or urinal actually flushes on its own. You’re not relying on them, so that helps you keep a nice and clean restroom.
