Hi, guys. It’s Chris from CTG Real Estate Services. I wanted to point out today— we’re looking at doors —when you’re in high traffic areas or any type of publicly accessible areas, you typically want to have a kick plate at the bottom of the door, because everybody when they open their door or hold it, they’re putting their feet up against it, and over time it’s going to ruin your finish on your doors. So best practice, and to save yourself some maintenance down the road, make sure you’ve got kick plates on your public access doors.
Thanks for watching. Reach out to CTG Real Estate Services for all your commercial construction project management needs. We offer a wide range of services, everything from site acquisition through move-in.
