Hi guys, this is Chris from CTG Real Estate Services. We are at a client’s jobsite and today we’re going to talk about flooring. If you notice, they have brick and they have brick tile. We also have some finished concrete over here, so they went with all hard surface flooring. The advantage to that is it’s going to last a lot longer than any of your other floorings, and this being a restaurant, you’re going to have a lot less maintenance costs, and you do not have the cleaning cost that you would see with other types of flooring such as carpet, VCT, things that need to be stripped and waxed, some of the rubber floorings and other things out there. So while it may cost you more to install this up front, in the long run you’re going to have to replace it less and you’re going to save money on your maintenance.
