I have over 20 years of Construction Project Management and Facilities Management experience ($300M in commercial projects). We work directly with business owners and corporate decision makers in Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate departments who are looking to lease a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft, or who are looking to buy and build. The minimum requirement for leasing is a budget of $20 per sq. ft. with a minimum 3 year term.

We can also provide ancillary services – space design, construction management, move assistance, facilities management, if required.

Most clients already know what they are looking for, what that space needs to provide and where they want to be located. However, we do have a process in place to help you identify those things if you’re not sure of your exact needs. Our clients need to have a solid working knowledge of their budget – including ancillary expenses.
